Founded in 1968, the predecessor is the HEBEI JIHENG General Chemical Plant. It is a big state-owned enterprise. It has three important properties including chemical industry, chemical fertilizer and pharmacy, one 4000-meter-long special railway and a farm of 2.3 thousand mu. It is the biggest producer of cyanuric acid, sodium dichloroisocyanurate(SDIC) and trichloroisocyanuric acid (TCCA) in China.There are over 3000 employees (including 400 technicians) working in the group. It possesses 4.2 million RMB of fixed assets and it has 12 plants to produce over 20 kinds of chemical industry products.
